Has anyone made a building guide. I'm getting to the point where I'm building some more expensive properties now and I would like to make the most of my money. I know some buildings are not as profitable as others and I was wondering if anyone has made a building guide.

I don't want every single stat although that is helpful information if you want pure research. I just want advise on which buildings are best to invest in. I was hoping maybe someone had written a guide with that info.

Movie theatre is a must have. Doubles in income after every upgrade.

The theater is so big though. I was hoping not to use it but if it's really good I guess I'll have to make room.

Working on some calculations. I think i'm kind of onto something but feel free to PM me your email and i can email you what i have. It's based off of TLoords spreadsheet - I'm just adding/messing around w/ data.
I basically have up to bagel shops calculated that should give a good idea which is the ideal building to upgrade next.
The caveat is that I don't factor in time of day or time left for building payouts (i.e. 30 mins before your 8 hour building pays out)
