OMG, I ran on him last week,he's around lv58-60 and earning,I guess now It is 90-100k/hour @.@

I believe he cheat, because the number of weapons and armors far greater than number of job completed + fights won.
Even 1 job he loot 1 item, 1 fight loot 1 item, he still need to do 4000-5000 jobs/fights to have the rest weapons/armors.

But I saw that all his weapon could buy with money,and he earns 121k/hour

It can be. But what the point to buy 1000s weapons/armors when they are not to be used. Is he nut.
