Goal: ride in style

i have a next goal to do named "Ride in Style".

When i click on it the only message i get is ....
"next you need to get yourself and your crew some nice wheels"

The entire popup screen is blank and i cant even close it :confused:

I got enough wheels for my crew.... what "nice" wheels i need to get my crew :(

Does anybody know how to handle this goal or is it a glitch/error in the game?
