Losing fights?

Could anyone explain how i seem to lose fights for no reason that i can see?

For instance typical scenario that seems to be happening is as follows:

Me: LvL 22

Attack - 4583
Def - 5275

Attacker: LvL 22

Attack - 1073
Def - 1105

And i lose to them, how is that so? My defense is quad thier attack so how is it even feasible that i lose?? If im attacking them i win in above scenario but if im attacked with above stats, ive been losing. Am i misunderstanding or something, your defense stat is going against their attack stat and vice versa so what gives here.

if you attack somebody you will apear in that person's hood. The guy you attacked can attack you one time then (called a revenge hit) with the quadriple of his stat. Thats why you lose.

personally i think revengehits as well as the 500% fight boosts are ridiculous.

Ahhh now that makes sense.

I was wondering what the heck, lol..Not exactly thrilled their revenge hit gets quad, seems a bit unfair but i suppose i can live with it. :) At least now i see whats going on.

Well it's kinda handy that they take revenge on you they leave a link in the newspaper so you won't forget to attack them again & again ;)

Now wait a second. The revenge hits don't give them any money, only respect. And it doubles it twice, not the other way round.
Might have had a Mafia/ATK boost on when they hit you.

Revenge attacks are dumb. I think they were a short sighted attempt to retard or discourage bullying,
but in effect exacerbated it by forcing even more defenseless people to be stalked (targets with less
attack than 20% of your defense).
However, the 500% boosts are quite entertaining so far. Time after time I watch some utterly furious
(seemingly), ravaged victim of mine who'm I relieved of a mil+ use their 5 criminal rage attacks to
get a whopping $20k off of me. Ofc I then use spare energy at lunch time to pop them just to let them
know I noticed ;P I laugh and laugh. Ha Ha Ha.
If you keep no $ on you, who cares about the 500% boost? It is just fun to watch them gnaw on your
ankle impotently, wasting a hard earned pinky in addition to the $mil+ you already ****d them of.

what is the maximum level range where someone can attack you as I keep getting attacked by someone 2 levels above me, numerous times a day?

I have found no proof of this on any "revenge hit".My stats have remained the same,wheather I am in their hood or they are in mine.I lose the majority of the time based on the fact that their mob size is bigger than mine,and that is going by the 4x of their level not including any extra mafia boost they may or may not be using.

The fight system is broken, just take my word for it..

Revenge hit is broken now, I think it is not 5X or 10X of your attack anymore. I attacked some high level with 40k def (with defense boost), and I lost to him in my hood.

Her stat: 14581 attack
my defense, 37974( with office defense boost) in my hood, 45k in demolition bonus,

I checked his cars, not even half as good as mine...and I am at level 91.
Explain this to me... Well, unless she uses 500% boost, or it is impossible for me to lost to him.............

The dev will say it's skill points, but at the level unless they are puttting all skill points in def and attack there is no possible way you lost... And I am positive people are not doing this, because stamina takes 2 points alone...

Screw the skill point, I am sure my defense points is high enough to make her fail...

There is one, put all 50% skills point into attack, and go back to old CC, and buy 20 prime cars, that will ensure you have 100% attack winning rate.

The best solution is to get as much attack as you can, and stop fighting someone whose defense is close to your attack? but this method is a little time consuming since you always have to look for someone lower than you, but it will ensure you a 100% successful attack winning rate..

However, if you attack someone higher level than you, you will always receive a better reward..

Solution is always have full mafia, and best gear, either buy "donating" or earning in game...
