Most of the buildings go up to level 10 while some take to level 4.

The higher the level, the more money and steel to cost.

For example:

Stadium

Level 2: 10,800,000 money & 600 steel and 322,500 money every 8 hours
Level 3: 12,600,000 money & 700 steel and 430,000 money every 8 hours
Level 4: 14,400,000 money & 800 steel and 537,500 money every 8 hours

if this is about you wanting to know what does level 4 and 5 loot is from stadium then

im not 100% sure because my stadiums are level 1, but according to that maths then it would be:

Level 2: 10,800,000 money and 600 steel
Level 3: 12,600,000 money and 700 steel
Level 3: 14,400,000 money and 800 steel
Level 4: 16,200,000 money and 900 steel
Level 5: 18,000,000 money and 1000 steel
