question about theatre goal

ok, so it says to rob, collect or protect 2 movie theaters.
i've been trying for 2 days and... i can't find any.

what theater is it talking about?
i've tried indie theaters and play theaters but the count never goes up so that's not it.
maybe a zeus theater? i just flat out can't find one of those.

what gives?

Not that many ppl has built movie theater, esp around the quest lvl mainly coz its cost, and steel shortage.

Keep looking you will find them, it might just take you sometime like many of us did. Meanwhile, you should work on other quests or just go lvl up for more quests.
