Example: Game crashes in Rival's List (CC)
This makes it MUCH easier for Developers looking into all of these threads.
2) Give your in-game name.
3) Give your invite code.
4) Give date & time of occurrence (if applicable).
5) Give a quick summary of problem(s) in one short paragraph.
6) Lastly, give any additional details that may help the developers understand the issue better.

My username is steve801. Been travelling through S.A. Through many countries.
Once i got to argentina i tried to click on CC and MQ but it opens and closes instantly along with monster quest
But Modern war works fine and opens fine. Any ideas or solutions much appreciated. I love Crime city and i really wish it would open. Thx for any input

every time i try to make a deposit in the bank it gives me this message... crime city wasn't able to load due to invalid data! please delete and reinstall the app to continue playing.
can this be fixed? if i delete and reinstall will i be starting over?? i'm level 97 and have bought gold also it would be a waste of money that i have spent to have to start over again.

I second this notion for Kingdom age. On a reset of skill points.

Maybe it can be:
A prize for a LTE "Ground Hog Day"

A one time only function inherent in the game.

A special Gem Purchase.



Any of the methods would be ok, just to have the ability to do it if even just once would be incredible. A lot of people spend a lot of time on their game account would be a better option than starting again from scratch.

Hello to the Designers, Staff Committee of Kingdom Age,

It would be nice to be able to use the same account on two different (ios) devices, such as an iphone and an ipad.

The iphone is very portable can be taken anywhere with you. You can do quick mini check ups on the game while on the road or on break at work. It is however very hard to read comments on comment walls.

How nice would it be to play with your account on an iphone while on the road but when you get home you switch to an Ipad and continue playing on the same account, where things are a lot easier to read and the game is much more enjoyable.

Just a thought :)

The game has been crashing lately, so I deleted it then re-enstalled it, by doing this I've lost half my stats & units! I had 110k attack & 111K defence, now it's 78K & 82K! Has anyone else had any problems like this??

I have sent SEVERAL emails now to support about my armor issue and HAVE STILL NOT GOTTEN A REPLY!! All of my armor that was not being worn disappeared and my worn armor dropped to level 1. I have spent money on this game and it's BS that you have not replied or done anything about this. Where is your support??
