Setting up a mail account?

I made a mistake and accepted far to many allies in MW. So I would like to send in a ticket, to see if there is any chance I can get rid of like say 800 or so! lol. But when I tap on help, and then contact support. A message comes up saying: No mail accounts. Please set up a Mail account in order to send email. My question. How do I go about doing that?

On your device, not modern war, there is the mail accounts with a few to choose from, that is what it means.
