[KA-Bug] Mastering a region doesn't change anything

From in game message and from what I've read on the forums, after mastering a region monsters should have more HP and give more cash. However, I see no change at all. At first, I thought it was because I was on the first maps, but as I get further, things don't get better...

I'm playing latest version of Kingdom Age on iOS 5.1 (iPod 4th gen, 32GB).

Can someone confirm it's not only me and that's a bug?
