That sucks... =( Can you login on your new device and submit a ticket to customer support (Menu > More > Help) and explain the situation? They should be able to get things straightened out.

I had an error in the game "Crime City". In case of start game appears here such error: "An unknown error happened". I ask to help my id: 745-324-378. Or how to begin on new on the same device, I use a pad on Android Samsung galaxy tab 10.1

I updated the game on an HTC Thunderbolt and now the resolution is way too big, I can't see the edges of the screen to click on stuff like the events and notifications. How do i fix this?

hold your thumb and index finger as far apart as you can, while touching the screen with both finger and thumb bring the two together, screen size should shrink. do oppisite to make image larger

It's like you didn't read what I posted. The problem isn't zoom, is the native resolution being messed up. For example, when I go to menu, parts of my menu icons are cut off. That bit isn't fixable by pinch to zoom. The notifications and goals on the left side, I can't see those to click on them, those are rooted and doesn't move when you pinch to zoom. But thanks for your trolling effort.

Yes I have had this problem for a week now and, it happens at the start up screen, message "an unknown error happened".

How can I get support when they tell You to go through the game support, but my game will not start, Iv'e emailed the old support address support@funzio.com

They told me to go through in game support DOOOOOOH! what part of this do they not understand

Is anyone else having this problem? Every time that I fight the new epic boss, I get a message saying that "An unknown error has happened". Whenever I beat the boss then I get the same error message and it awards me experience points and cash but I get no random loot prize. The boss keeps getting harder and I keep leveling up but so far I have received zero loot prices from this event.

I have sent several tickets with the in-game help request and I have received no responses. This sucks.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, rebooted and cleared cache several times, shutdown all background process, etc. but nothing seems to help at all.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it then I would really appreciate some advice because I was really wanting to go for the big prize on this event, but no use going for it if I'm not going to get anything because of the Unknown Error.

I have been having the same problem, when you beat them it just gives me my money back. It happenes everytime I do it, so I don't fight them anymore. It was ok at first because it would do it on the first try and give you a bunch of money, but now it waits until you beat them and gives your money back.

I keep having this problem too, except it's always when trying to add mafia members. It's a 50/50 chance that each time I enter a number and hit submit it will just give me an error. It's really annoying because I have to type the number back in each time this happens. Makes it really difficult when trying to add multiple mafia.
