in game cash, :( *rocks back and forth* pretty bad experience considering its the first time I have ever "attempted" to buy gold lol

lol the thing thats annoying me is I would have purchased more gold to buy crates and and i purchased gold for a friend at the same time, so I have spent over $200 on this game and they cant take the time to respond to my ticket in relation to 1500 gold, yet they can fix me friends issue where she clicked the timer (15 gold) reset during an even by accident and they refunded her the gold within 2 days...
