Help! Allies list wiped clean and replaced with pending ally requests

On Saturday my ally list in Modern War (I had about 140 real allies and 30 grunts) got wiped clean and replaced with players from the pending requests list I had. In turn, the pending ally request queue I had (210 total) got completely erased. I submitted this as a ticked as soon as I saw the pending ally requests disappear (ticket #89338) but it was only later that I realized that my existing allies had been cleared out and replaced. I still haven't heard back from support. Have any of you had a similar problem before? Is there any way of getting my old allies and requests lists back, or am I hosed?

This happened to me about a week ago. Think it was because I hit "accept all" on pending, but hit the home button before I could add the 275 or so pending. Ended up switching lists. :-/
