Kingdom Age won't load enemy kingdom

Hi there during the tutorial after you defeat the first orc it asks to go to a rival territory. It won't load the territory and every attempt to log into my account on kingdom age it won't even load the game for me anymore and will sit in the middle of the loading screen. I have tried to uninstall and retry but to no avail. My facebook name is adam kiel. If there is anything you guys can do for advice let me know please was really looking forward to trying this game.
