can anyone help me on how to change my avatar appearance?

sure... go to your hood ... you need to be in the small screen ... click on STASH... click on PROFILE... you can change name and lot's of appearance stuff... hats hair facial hair glasses shirts pants skin tone... experiment...there are some items that need gold (REAL MONEY) be aware that if you buy with gold... and change your mind there seems to be an issue with permanently losing that purchased item...
when you're satisfied... hit save changes... good luck...
