Gas Stations plus?!!!!

I was just dispensing some justice and hit the players' gas stations and gas canisters popped out. Another sub-menu opened where it looked liked I needed three items, including the gas canisters, to complete something.

I checked the CC page to find out more information but found nothing. Can anyone elaborate on this?

Ahhhhhhh, it is part of a stash.

The gas can was part of the gas station collections. Whenever you collect from, rob, or protect a building, you have a chance to get a collection item. There are five items to each collection. When you collect all 5 items, you can trade them in for a great reward.
