CRIME CITY IS WIPING ALL THE $$$ IN THE BANK AND REMOVING MOST BUILDINGS FROM THE HOOD, LEAVING REMAINING BUILDINGS BACK TO LEVEL ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im a victim! Just yesterday, i got problems accessing to CrimeCity since early morning. After sending several complaints to Funzio, i finally gained access to the game abt noon, only to realize all my $$$ in the bank GONE!!!

I have sent a no. of feedbacks/complaints to Funzio in rdgs of this issue, but till now, theres NO reply, NO action, NOTHING DONE to rectify the problem from their side!

I get robbed for ALL my buildings cuz i cant access to CrimeCity... 300k ALL wiped out after i finally able to logged in.. BUT ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT IM UNABLE TO ACCESS!! THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ON MY SIDE EXCEPT TO ACCEPT IT IF I WANT TO CONTINUE PLAYING THE GAME!!!

Im NOT the only one experiencing this kinda problems...

Another active player told me, she had all her $$$ wiped out and her buildings are mostly removed, leaving the remaining buildings back to Level 1.
In hope of getting everything back as it was, she sent emails to Funzio. To her dismay, no changes will be made!

They claimed to say that they sensed a bug that gave her a better advantage to progress unreasonably fast..something like that.. And so they adjusted her hood by removing most of her buildings and 40g from bank to what they think is right. She did not cheat/hack the game and her fone was not even jailbreak.

Reason being that upon playing the game, she gave access to them to alter and/or even banned her acct. So basically nothing gonna & can be done!!

 

Another said, she has no goldbars but Apple charged her credit card over and over to a max of $500.

 

But anyways, I AGREE 100% with WhiteRose, this whole gaming system all screwed us over. I, however, is smart enough not to spend any money on this since nothing to me will come out of it. I doubt, if you ever finish this game you'd receive a medal. Forreel though, ever since the updates, Crashes Crashes Crashes, nothing new but more problems added.

As for those ppl who are playing this fairly, i think its ridiculous how they would assume they are cheating bcuz he or she is leveling fast? There are Many ways, without cheating to level fast. The dev shouldn't be the one controlling the levels that's appropriate for that persons skills. There are real true cheaters out there that I reported and every other ppl as well, I believe have also done, and they're not even finding them? Why dont they find the real crooks and erased all theyr buildings and money gains, since, they never really put effort into the game.

Btw, Tequila? lol...where are u posting ur complaints too, cuz I just gave them my complaints regarding that round fight i lost and this dude replied back and refilled my energy and stamina into full. Last time, he also gave me 20 gold coz i complaint about me losing to a lower opponent.

It depends, I just emailed them earlier today about my issue "round fight" and a couple of minutes later they responded back and gave me the energy/stamina refill right away. Sometimes, though its more than a day at least, due to their email responses. I email them frequently, and they go through my issue instantly at times, but half of the other time, the issue is never solve.

Pls check and rectify this issue asap. Its really unfair to receive these changes out of sudden from u guys. Im one of those genuine and super active players around. U can check the records on how much i spent, how much time i commited everyday in the game. Even thou i spent on buying gold, i did not use it to buy any big gold items or buildings, i simply use the gold just to refill my stamina to fight my way up. Look at my hood. There isn't any gold items. Track my play records. Can u imagine how much time that took me to get what i have had? And its all gone due to some technical problems on your side? I feel kinda stupid now.

And one more thing, why is it so that we lose fights to players with stats way below us? I lost fights to a couple of players 2k, 3k below my stats. And i got to restart my goals... Owning small gold items and having a lot of mafia members doesn't help at all! Is it because we don't own big gold items and buildings, thats why they win us even thou their stats are much lower than us? If thats the case, then why should we spent on gold to refill our stamina and fight our way up?

First, i said i do not own any BIG gold items (speed demon etc..) and any gold buildings. Gold items i owned are only Wasteland Pistol, Skull Breaker, Gut-Ripper and Pickelhaube. None of those BIG items! I did not even go for the few days offer weapons! One look at my hood and u will see how simple it is.

Secondly, if i cheat/hack, would i still need to spent real money on gold? If i cheat/hack, why do i not own all the better, bigger gold weapons? If i cheat/hack, why does my hood only build those cheaper buildings and not even 1 gold building?

Thirdly, everyone got their own method of playing the game. Who are u to judge my method of playing? By using gold to buy weapons, u only get a one-time up for stats. But by attacking and doing jobs, not only u earn respect and earn money, u get loot items! For example, using 100 gold to buy a gold weapon can only up your stats once. But imagine using the same amount of gold, how many times can u refill your stamina & energy? With every fill-up, how many jobs and attacks u have? The more jobs and attacks done, the more loot u get! Doesn't that give u higher stats than just getting 1 item? Now, who seems more like the one who dun know how to play the game?!!

U really think anyone will be so stupid like u to post on Funzio forum on things that are not true, knowing very well that Funzio got access to check on everything?!

I've been her rival from the very beginning, and I never saw any upscale defenses/buildings that you would think is considered cheating. You're prob just mad because so many people or even her keeps attacking u and robbing your ****ty hood and lower stats. So before you speak or post on forums, get your facts straight first or learn to read what peoples even talking about on their thread.

yea its sad to say all your hard work is being seen as a "bug" as they call it... don't ever link your apple account to your credit card companies will take advantage of you not only Crime City but others too I'm sure... just start using a Itune cards... its blah blah.... but it won't let them "fake charge" you...

I have not been getting any response after several reports sent and thats the reason i decided to voice out here to highlight the problem to Funzio, esp after knowing im not the only one with issues like this.
Im very confident that either the developers, adminstrators or moderators will read it when its posted on their forum!

And come on, u think they will not do a through check before they rectify the problem stated? U think its possible to get what u want just by making up stories?
If its that easy, will Funzio still be earning $$$??? Everyone will just need to sent in feedback/complaints and, voila! Everyone gets what they want!

If what im saying is not true, will i dare to post this on Funzio forum, leaving comments openly on the game, knowing the devs will check?! Insane!! And all the more i wun have to spend a single cent on the game if i cheat/hack!!

Im 100% sure that Funzio got full access in tracking all the games under them and both Funzio & Apple got records on the amount of transactions made from each individual acct. They know very well my game records and the amount i have spent.

And just for your info,
Funzio has returned the 300k they took away earlier from my game this noon.
If i am a liar, if i cheat/hack, will Funzio still rectify this problem i stated?

Nobody wants to do charity when it comes to biz. Whether its a game, handfone, cars or even buildings, theory is just like insurance, propers checks must be done and verified before making any compensation, adjustment and rectification of the issue listed.
