Surprised no one has italian restaurants as they are the only low level building worth upgrading to lvl 10 IMO since they are over 3K per hour fully upgraded

There is definitely some factors at play though. I know I used to get Colt 45s but don't anymore however that was a long time ago

You are relatively strong for your level but that may change. I would slow down adding mafia though.

Don't stop leveling though just don't add mafia unless they are properly equipped

It is a reward for getting 9500 attack power. I don't think it is from pvp since I havent seen anyone with more than 1.

The difference is you can remove them later and they can remove you. There are some disadvantages to adding mafia to quickly so adding is preferable because it is reversible and free.

Mine is like Kthung003's as in I don't see any defense or Attack on the attack screen. It says there are no updates for me as well. I am on an Iphone 4s if that matters.

I occasionally see people lvl 100+ but they never have over 390 mafia.
