Usually when you hit the point where your low lvl buildings dont add enough income per upgrade relative to time the movie theatre should be the next best step.

The nightclub seems to be he only building that gives signficant reward for frequent spawn.

Every collection of the tavarn is the same amt as the rock cafe. Unless you cant log in 8 hrs after you first mornin collection then its way better that the cafe.

Didnt someone say they had 2 lv 7 night clubs? I think thats a 1 bil upgrade.
