Upgrade shipyard to level 10.

Upgrade War Factory to level 10 ... Is anyone past this? I'm upgrading it to 10 as we speak. 48 hours left.

Upgrade Oil Refinery to level 3

Upgrade Windfarm to level 6 now. I'm working on level 5 now.

I have like 100 hours left on this steel mill lol It cost like 9 million too!

Umm, because my commanding officer says "Steel is the foundation of any modern war effort. Upgrade a Steel Mill to Level 8 so we can make sure we are fully stocked." I'm not getting court martialed!...

Usually I just do cash hits and get to like boss four without needing to let my guy recover in health. It took me two hits the first boss to kill him dealing (81,000) damage. What gives?

They said they do not let the person making the report know the results of their investigation. They make it sound like they are being all formal and crap.
