I've noticed the lag with the buildings but I'm going on 2 days of not having any people in Octagon Alley.

Are y'all having problems with any maps. It's missing the people?

I think it updated yesterday though and after that I have no people in my upper level maps, mainly octagon alley. I have opened /closed app several times....

I understand you guys' points, sorry for the derail.

I know the ins and outs what struck me as odd as only one attack or rob every 2-3 minutes. He would rob a building but only once. Then 2 or 3 minutes rob it the second time. Then wait 2-3 minutes and...

Wow, so I just got a hacker. Weird because he would rob (win/lose) and then 2 minutes later. Do it again. Wait several minutes attack/rob again. He did this for like 4 hours.
