If you see someone have like 5, 10 or more giant cars (or any strong items). That's is loot item from mission. There must be a place hide it.
If you see they only have 1 or 2 and no more, that is quest item, finish a quest or level up to certain level and you will have 1.
Which one do you see ?

You get it when you reach 500 mob.
