Hello I would like to know the payout rate at level 10 for all building. I only have one level 10 and that it the laundromat. I also got tycoon mode on so everything has an additional 10%. If you have level 10 buildings please post the payout rates. Thank you.

Basketball level 10 = $11,250 or $12,376 (for Tycoon class)
Ice Cream Shop level 10 = $7,125 or $7,838 (for Tycoon class)
Pizza Parlor level 10 = $2,250 or $2,475 (for Tycoon class)
Laundromat level 10 = $375 or $413 (for Tycoon class)
Italian Restuarant level 10 = $10,500 or $11,550 (for Tycoon class)
Warehouse level 10 = $33,000 or $36,300 (for Tycoon class)
These are the only ones I know of.
I assume you are familiar with the spreadsheet.
Are you asking for the average sum of all upgrade cost divided by the output at level 10?
Or are you asking for the average roi time of the level 9 to 10 upgrade on buildings?
Either way you will find few answers here. Your laundrymat, as with most of the first buildings types, pay for themselves ridiculously fast.
The next building types you will see will offer, at best, an average 20 day roi time at first levels and end up at about 80-120 days until it is payed for itself
After that again it just gets progressiveky worse. Night club lvl1, with 3 collects a day, pays for itself in 76 days.
