I'm collecting steel, is my strategy OK?

Ok, so I have been on a steel collecting kick lately, I don't know why, I just have this desire to collect a TON of steel in the game without paying for it. I know it's weird. Anyway, I have implemented the following strategy for collecting as much steel as possible from completed collections. I have built 8 brownstones, 4 italian restaurants, 3 nightclubs, and 1 movie theater. With this strategy, I should think I would be rolling in steel in short time, am I right? lol On top of this I have the collection agency boost with the fully upgraded steel mill which will give me 6+3+6=15 daily... +25 from visiting friends. That's 40 per day on top of completed collections, which I should have no problem getting. Again, I cannot explain why I want to harvest steel, probably cause I wanna build like 8 casinos and they are 100 steel apiece, so I guess I can explain it

I rather just build 10 brownstone and condos, I get around min 100 steels per day from them + 25 from friends. Nightclubs night restaurants are taking too long.

UPDATE:
Best Strategy. Go to rob your rival's brownstone (cost me 24-65 energy per rob) , condo (as low as 7 energy to 54), Italian Restaurant(24 energy), Boutiue(24 energy per rob), ect. (all these gives high steels reward), always look for the LOW cost of energy building to rob. I just earned 300+ steels in last couple hours. Well, it takes time to look for low energy building, but it is better than harvest your own building.

P.s. I don't suggest of robbing nightclub, it costs a bloody 75 energy to do it...Bad trade
