Apparently, you and the thread starter haven't seen the top-tier players yet.

There are at least 4 players (that i know for sure)who meet the criterion. zero 1m; JVJK 790k;Stephan 450k;JJ 320k.
dont remember joko's, RWR's. very likely also qualify.
i just happend to mention the best one(which impressed me the most) to let the starter know 300k is not that outa reach...

and remember next time when someone asks you "have you reached 3 years old?" you definitely gotta say "no" because you obliviously misinterpret the question as "are you exactly 3 years old?"
