If I am understanding you correctly, you had 6M you spent it on a Upscale club, but you could have spent it on finishing fairview? If that's the case you did the right thing. I find that Economy is more important than the story line, but of course if your play style is different then its really up to you if you did the right thing or not.

@Ghost, i know i wasnt very clear. I had 6m. I spend 4m on Upscale Club and have 2m left. I am starting the Sam Juan Story line and have not mastered fairveiew. I can still get the 209,000 for mastering fairview.
