Problem with a Crime City user

Hi Everyone

I'm having problem with a user since a long time ago (for about 3 months ago)
He cames several times a day, some times every hour.
I defeated him many times, I try it to speak with him, but it was useless.
There must be some kind of retard with no own life.

So if anyone else has or had problems with Sameh Fikry please let me now.
Since I have got no response from developers I propose to attack him together at the same time.
