New crates?

Hey anybody out there remember how long we've had the current crates? I spent a vault of gold on crates. I currently have another vault just waiting to be cracked open! But I would like to wait for the new ones. I know no one can tell me exactly how often they get switched out but maybe someone remembers an approximate time frame.
