you and others should read the sticky posted above. BECAUSE, if this is a personal issue with your individual game. A dev can quickly use the information given (read the sticky and you'll know what i mean) and fix this bug/glitch for you. Just saying, they obviously have that stickied thread b/c it WOULD help them much more.

It's capped at 250 for me and been stuck at level 50 for over a week!!
