To Funzio DEVs: Guardian vest not showing in my mafias

I have a couple of Guardian vests but they are not showing up on my mafias.
Could you look into whether this is a bug that needs to be fix?

Hello, anyone there?
8days later, no response to this? Guardian Vest still not showing up on all my mafias.
I see all other armors on all my mafias. The Guardian Vests x7 of them are in my inventory.

I have 9 Guardian Vests and I just scrolled through my whole mafia looking for who has them equipped and NO ONE does.. WTH? There's people with Swat Helmet's equipped but not Guardian Vest. Please tell me this will be fixed!

Crime City FB Page is not FULLY LOADING TONIGHT. The bottom 1/3 of the page does not appear.
Hence I can not change Landscape, Use the attack buttoms etc.

Please fix ASAP.
