Kingdom age Random Crashes

I am having random crashes when I try to go to different maps, Such as cross roads orcs other peoples villages. I have to try multiple times maybe 10 before I get get to the actual map area. I have tried reseting my phone.. If anyone has any ideas how to make this game playable I would be very greatfull. I have already purchased in game content, and Do not want to feel like I have wasted my money.

Please use the in-game contact button to reach support. They'll show you how to pull your crash logs, which we need to fix the issue.

Welp, I have tried three times to use the ingame support, each time I have tried It crashes back out to my main screen.. I cant even click on the support tab.
Any suggestions would be great, my thanks for all your help.

still no luck, just curious If I delete the app and redownload will all my account stuff still be there, or will I have to restart my game, my thanks for your help.

I have the same problem mine crashes every time you try to buy a building or contact support,which makes the game totally useless i have tried deleting and re-downloading ( you do not lose your account ) it makes no difference what a pile of crap

Yep got similar issues. Can travel to crossroads but no where else. I think it could be down to older ios not being supported.

Since the update off Funzio - it worked well for a few days, but now its back crashing again just as people have said above. Can't buy units, build new buildings or travel. Still cant send error messages to Funzio support. Reboot of Ipod won't help either.

Just FYI... Last time I deleted the app and re-downloaded it fixed my problems... It did not erase my account etc. if you are afraid of that...

Granted I am now having other problems but main point, if you delete the app and re-install, your account info is not destroyed

This is a continual problem for GREE and their products. Both Kindom Age and Modern War have this problem. They crash a lot, and some of the maps, a growing number, are unaccessable.
