Character reset/lost

I just posted on a different thread, but this happened to me this morning. My level 40-41 with almost $185,000 banked cash, plus lots of turf and buildings ... completely gone and replaced with Alex level 1 !!! I have spent a LOT of time, energy and yes .... REAL ... money on this game! Where is my game?!

I am waiting on emails to be answered.

I had the same issue on level 43 and it ended up freezing my phone... had to do a factory reset and lost my character.. Contacted support and they have gotten back to me but waitng for outcome.. Bigger concern is will it freeze my phone again?? Hope not cuz its no fun to play that way... Here Funzio is really good about fixing issues... hope so

had the same prob i was lvl 121 and i upgraded my android rom i had back up the game but still when i logs on its saying same thing Alex lvl wtf and i though i could get my game back with that game transfer thing thought the game is on a server sigh i not wasting my time back on that game because i played all 2011 on google+ am at lvl 7 there got on the android app now i cant get bck on and am all the way lvl 121 i play that game around the clock am pissed funzio thats slappy whats the use of transfer what if you loose or broke ya phone smdh

i lost my account too level 89 Aizawarina with income around 350k per hours because my old samsung galaxy s2 got error and i forgot to make ID in there and i forgot my id number too

So i was a level 12 amd doing quite well. Then one day the game told me that there was an unknown error and then corrupt data. The game told me to uninstall and reinstall. I didnt think anything of it because i had my Funzio ID. WRONG!!! The reinstalled game made me go through the tutorial again and then when I tried to put my original ID back in.....it wont accept it. I was having issues already with the game not giving me upgrades etc. I then contacted support@funzio.com. i havent heard a word back. I got some auto message that told me I filed a ticket but thats all. I have no idea if any human being has seen my message or gives a crap at all. Someone posted that tech support at Funzio is awesome. Not so sure. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know if there really is a tech support?????

Same problem here. Hard reset my phone and the next time I open CC everything is gone. Starts a new game as if I just DLed the app. Reinstalling didn't help. Now I'm passing time with a new character. Ticket #160919

Is there a solution to this problem yet? My level 23 player has just been reset to the beginning. I do have the Funzio ID set up to transfer. Or could my mafia code be used to retrieve the data?

I do not know how to get my regular game back... I done a factory reset on my phone and forgot to set my Funzio id i tried setting it up with my old mafia number, I have no idea what I'm doing but I just spent $20 on my old game and upgraded now I have two games but I want my good game back... I'm so sad, what do I do?

i was on level 47 i had upgraded to the godzilla or whatever! when i downloaded crime city again, it started me over.... How the hell do i get my orginal acct back? i am about to go crazy.. i dont want to loose everything that i worked so hard for..... Please can someone let me know? HURRY please someone let me know!!!! the post above is mine as well... I didnt think it took yesterday!!
