    Same problem

    My character noahlyn (760 801 690)

    Has the exact same issue for kindle fire. I log in and am now a lvl 1 who is called Alex... As gmail has no app on kindle so far as I can tell, and I don't have another e-mail acct, I have no way of using the support option in-game.

    Someone please help!

    I had an error in the game "Crime City". In case of start game appears here such error: "An unknown error happened". I ask to help my id: 745-324-378. Or how to begin on new on the same device, I use a pad on Android Samsung galaxy tab 10.1

    So what is the fix for this cuz my husband had to reset his ASUS tab and his character reset. But when I visit his hood I find where he was before the reset. He is on the verge of quitting bc he was on level 90 something. But I want him to keep playing, but nobody wants to start over. We emailed tech support and hvnt heard back....any suggestions before all his money gets robbed? This happened last night.

    Mama 03 did this get fixed for you and if so how? We have same issue and Im upset, its not fixed and if my husband quits Im quitting because we have fun playing together....he started me playing.

    Missing account/lost after update.

    I had a nice level 27-28 character named Arkus player id 432-095-800 and it disappeared after I did an update of modern war on my droid razr maxx. I spent a lot of time on that account recently to get it up to that level only for an update to somehow delete it and put me back to level one with some random name tuck or cuck or something like that. I sent an email to support but doubt I will get a response back over the weekend or tonight.

    TECH SUPPORT fixed my hubs issue and he is back where he left off! Yippee!
