Energy and Weapon Refresh Rate Increase - How To ??

Other than the obvious - buying gold/money with REAL money - does anyone know how to increase Energy rates and Weapon/Ammo rates (the scales at the top of the play screen window), so that refresh rates are increased/improved, so as to have more "bang" in attacks/raids?? Just a wishful thought - probably can't be done - but there's always tricks to everything!! Cheers fellow troopers.

You coul ten warheads and get the 65% energy recovery increase and soon there will be one for stamina too

For your energy and stamina at the top of the screen, as well as your att/def rating under your profile. Everytime you reach a new level eg. Going from 20 stars to 21 stars you are givin 3 points to put towards the above mentioned stats.
