Because if you didn't and kept on increasing your level by attacking, robbing, and farming you are in for a surprise. And by camping I don't mean days or weeks, I mean month and years.

Nah mate its easy. Camping is my ticket to less involvement of playing. Don't have the urge to be on all the time. Just collect, upgrade, build, rearrange, come back in 3 hours(:
