    Question about my account.

    Hello Support, i have questions .. 1st of all, for some reason, when i open Crime City this morning, I have different user name, everything was wipped. So how do i get my previous account setting back. 2nd of all, there are 2 different charges in my bank statement, $19.99 and $ 9.99 from FunZio CrimeCity, and when i checked the Gplay there is only one charge 9.99. and i only got credit for 9.99. If u guys want, i can email u guys copy of my statement and Gplay statement. I want that $19.99 refunded back tho.

    My account is also totally different this morning! I suspect it has been hacked. I better check my bank account and see if I have any FRAUDULENT charges as well!

    I have been in touch by email and I am waiting on a response. I have invested a lot of time, energy and REAL money on that game/character! I want it back!

    I've been playing crimecity on my mobile for quite sometime now and never had any problem with it but i try to go on it tonight and it would not let me. All it keep saying is that there is a issue on the account and that i should contact customer support@funzio.com. Can u please help me as i don't want to start again as it took me a long time to get to where i am. Thanks
