G+ game stream issue

I have noticed some of the 'speed up' posts return as already completed every time even when I know they have not been used yet. Talking with other people this occurs every time with certain posts, it it not a redemption issue per account.

Has been occurring since the latest update, about 1 time in 6.

I have not see that issue, partly because I can't seem to get anyone that play this game in my stream... but the few I see are always missing their icon pic. If you have circle of players I am looking.
