Can't ask for help to speed up building upgrades

When I click the ASK FOR HELP option after clicking on the SPEED UP option on one of my buildings currently being upgraded, the facebook prompt to post to my wall loads indefinitely and never displays any text. So I can never post any speed-up requests for my friends on my wall. Is anyone else encountering this problem?

This is one of about a dozen items that are currently non-responsive for myself and my folks. I wrote an email about 2 weeks ago to support and received a response saying the Devs are aware of the issue and will address it. Their current 'fix' is to make sure adobe flash is updated.

To date, the things I've noticed that are broken are:

1. Requesting Iron ore
2. Requesting Tar
3. Requesting Energy from friends
4. Requesting friends speed up a build process.

All of them endlessly try to load the window where you confirm the message to send things onward to your KA friends.

I've also notice, and is posted in several threads about how combat has quite a few discrepencies, and I also think that a lot of the unit special abilities could be clarified further (I.e. archers high defense when defending message. Is that above and beyond the listed defense? )


I also understand that there was a business merger in the background within the last 2 weeks that could have been causing problems in regards to any updates on the facebook side. I did see an update on the iOS app, so I'm hopeful for a facebook update here soon.

As it stands I really enjoy the game currently, even in its semi broken state, but if there is no true support or engagement/messaging from the developers, there is little reason for me to stick around or encourage other people to join in playing the game, let alone pay for the game more than they've already spent in it's current state.


So with this in mind, if the developers could throw us a bone and let the community know if our concerns will be addressed, this would be great.

since yesterday I can't do anything either. I can't post for help, send help, add new allies, etc .....

I've tried upgrading Flash, used Internet explorer, firefox and Chrome..... Everthing worked before.

Grrrrrrrr
