Fighting Question

I am a level 33 player but I JUST joined the forum.

I have a question. When "fight" another player, why is it that I win around 1 to 90 gold coins - but when I get invaded and fought when I am NOT online, I see under "Kingdom News" that others seem get over 1000 gold coins from me.

Now, this has kept me from accumulating any gold coins to build anything or upgrade anything - so I ASSUME that this is just to railroad me into buying Gold Coins....

....which is why I deleted EVERY Zynga game.

Let me know. Maybe I just suck.

What you lose is a % of your coins that you are holding above your bank limit. So upgrade your bank or spend your money faster.

It's hard to upgrade my bank when my money keeps getting stolen. Also, this game has more glitches in it than Microsoft software. It's getting old, really fast.

Lvl 41 1357 attack wins 174 loss
101 raids 8 losses
7751 attack points 9572 defense
615 units armor and weapons

I know some players have better stats for attack defense but I have not spent one cent
On this game and considering how many attacks I have done I think I've lost close to 2000+
Units.

Is anyone else near these numbers of attacks

Why does this happen? I am a lot higher in all my stats including level allies offense and defense they will have over 200k in bank I have less then 10k. I when the fight but don't get money? Do I attack the person or buildings to get their money.
