I filed a ticket the other day but I feel like I should mention it again because it hasn't been resolved yet. There is an issue where I level up and don't receive any skill points. I have leveled up at least 5 times without being awarded skill points.
I also have the issue with the Atk/Def certain amount events, ie armored, operative, ruthless etc, but I beleive it is because of the ingame calculator for both profile and actual mafia atk/def. See the Atk/Def goal in the event it to have your actual Atk/Def reach the desired amount, not your profile. The problem arises because the profile atk/def is used to determine if you reach the goal. The error would quit if the profile atk/def would show your real atk/def (according to your levelX5 Mafia size not full Mafia size)
This is how I see it, your true stats are your (LV)5 = Mafia(optimized Guns/Melee/Armor/Vehicles) = true atk where as profile is Mafia(optimised Guns/Melee/Armor/Vehicles) which is actually your atk/def once you hit Level 100.
Personally I use a spreadsheet to track my true atk/def so I am not surprised when I win or lose an engagement.

When I hit level 7 or 8 I was able to assign about 12 - 15 skill points. I thought my luck was in but then for the next few level up's I got 0 points. they kicked in again at about level 11/12. I just assumed that things evened themselves out.
Could you have experienced the same thing?
I also got additional points but those points vanished after I used them and then closed the menu. In other words, they were useless.
Bump. My issue still has not been resolved.
The latest build has made the game more stable, but I'm still experiencing periodic force closes. Also, I noticed that if I'm watching the timer for opening the next gun safe count down, it will crash when it hits zero. If I'm not actually watching, it doesn't crash.

Been playing a few weeks, glitch free, on my Kindle Fire. Two days ago, I go to play & I'm connected to another guy's Mafia Code & game. I've emailed Funzio support & have yet to get a response. I fear my account/game progress has vanished.
MY Code is 562.932.955
The the other guy's account that's popping up on my kindle is Alex/ 554.947.500
Anyone ever run across this? My Kindle connects via WI-FI but I doubt the problem lies there.
Any help would be appreciated. Love the game!

Thats a common problem. If they don't restore your account first I normally fix the problem by taking the battery out of the device then rebooting.
