cannot connect to the server

All day today I haven't been able to play the Kingdom Age game because I cannot connect to the server. I use both the 3g and WiFi and can surf the net but when connecting to the game server, I receive an error: "Unrecognized Server response. Please try again in a few moments." Is the server down or ..?

I have been unable to connect to the Kingdom Age server for about 5 days. I keep getting a MSG saying I need an Internet connection. I am getting over 20mb/sec, with no issues with other online games from Funzio. My concern is that I just plunked down $99 for a load of gems. What will happen if I delete the game from my iPad and re-install? Will it pick up where i left off? That is not the first big purchase I made in this game. Help!

you will be fine your game content will still be there normally but make sure you write down your game name, code and game build information just in case you lose it but it should be fine to delete the game and reinstall

Hello. I'm having the saem problem since the rune event started. I can't connect to the server and the saem error message keeps coming. I only have the ID, is it enough to recover my game if i reinstall the game? I wrote to Funzio support tema, but got no answer yet.

Me too so if we delete and re download and still no connect , what's plan be CC mark, this sucks losing time and opportunities , these events are the worst time to have problems like this, CC mark if you see this , my other question was what ever happened with the gold gun part glitch during the rpg event

This is why I'm about to stop playing funzio games

1)money hungry company that charges outrageous amours of money
2)you actually spend money and the game messes up becaus ethe developers suck at life
3)they do not do anything to correct the issue

I spend $4.99 to get the gem process completed, but because the incompetentent idiots can't figure it out they just steal my money. Well congratulations. You no longer get a dime from this guy.

I likes to play the Kingdom Age game once a day. But from 2 days, i am facing problem of connectivity. I am using DSL and have properly installed each and everything. I sent number of message but still not found reply. What i have to do? I have to forgot to play "the Kingdom Age game" ??? I am still waiting response from Funzio support team...
