Cannot post nor ask for help!!!

This has been a bug for like a month now. Is this game gonna get fixed? It sucks not being able to upgrade my my military buildings. I'm thinking of just not playing anymore cause the battle system is so unbalanced, I'm getting attacked from people with levels so high it's amazing. And since I can't upgrade my military, what's the use playing !!!

There are ways around it; therefore that is not a real issue; however most Facebook players I speak too would like to know if the game will be supported and has a future, especially if the players are spending real dollars.

With Gree being mobile based, the current issues and lack of game enhancement for Facebook and Google players; I believe the above question is significant and would be nice if it was addressed!

Since Monday I have been unable to add allies or send gifts--everything else works just fine--and those features worked fine until this week. I am using Firefox 13 with the latest Flash and running on a Vista 64 Home Premium system.
Any suggestions? Sent a message to Funzio about it earlier today, and they sent an auto reply saying I would receive an answer when a solution was found.
I guess I shouldn't hold my breath?
Is there a site to play on outside FaceBook--which doesn't require a cell phone since I detest them and won't buy one.

Straight Shooter is 100% right. I would like that question answered honestly, & not vaguely. GREEdy! GREEdy! GREEdy! If you buy a fair amount of gems, that are needlessly (GREEdy!) expensive, the gem-units should be in the thousands (1000/1000+), not the low hundreds or double digits. I'm lv. 89, 67k/68k & I have a decent kingdom. If things don't change, soon, I doubt I'll be playing much longer (& I'm not optimistic about any real change). Too bad as I like my allies. (I won't use Facebook.)
