Money scamed

I was playing I collected from all of my money buildings and before I new it all of my gold was cleaned OUT!!
I checked to see if I got raided or attacked and neither one had occurred !!Now I can't play or get anything cause it was SCAMED what can I do?!!
I spent a lot of real money on this game and I can't do anything!!
Can't add defense can't win a battle!!
Not fun anymore!! Can someone please help me with this!!
