To Enter My Password. This Time When I Tap Buy I Hear A Cash Register Noise Then I See My Gold Go Up.
Then A White Dial Appears And Then It Rotates. Then After Rotating For A Few Seconds My Gold Goes Back DownThen The White Dial Just Stays There. Then Nothing Else Happens And Funzio Gets No Money And I Get No Gold.
I Have Tried To Close Out The App And Go Back I Have Tried To Close Out The App And Close The Running App
And Other Running Apps. And Still Did Not Work. Please Get Back To Me. Last And YES I Have Bought Gold Units

Itunes 15 Euro on it, and same story in the " add funds " option.

So i just tryes to buy a truckload of gold and i got no gold but my cc got charged for it becoz its war time no one at gree is responding GREAT! This may get me kicked out of my faction. Top 100 by the way

I tried to buy the $15.99 package for 240 gold. I entered my itunes password, NO GOLD. Figured it was a bad connection. Again I clicked the package, no prompt for itunes password, just a confirmation. NO GOLD. Repeated this, NO GOLD. Finally, I clicked it one more time, 240 gold. 5 minutes later my email goes crazy, 4 charges of $17.11 and a negative balance of $60+ in my checking account!

I opened a support ticket with Gree, no response... I opened a support ticket for each transaction with itunes, no response! I tried to start a thread on this forum, insufficient privelages! I AM OUT NEARLY $80 and I had 240 gold to show for it! This is bulls***! GREE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WANT A RESPONSE! It is your duty to make this right and every day my checking account goes further into insufficient funds while you sit back and do nothing! FIX THIS NOW!
