I am also experiencing problems connecting (for at least the past 6 hours). Any solution to this?
I am unable to connect to crime city server on my iPad. I have not been able to connect now for 4 days and counting.
I have crime city also loaded on my iPhone and that one is not having this problem connecting. The error that comes up is you must have Internet connection to use this game. Which I do have on both wifi and 3G. And it works fine except for my crime city. I just downloaded the update 3.0.1 and the issue still remains. I am a paying customer and getting tired of this lack of communication for the support of this product. Please inform us of what is going on and if there is a fix in the works and how are you planning to compensate your users. Enquiring minds want to know. I have 3 accounts in crime city all under the name sultry but only the one I can't access is on level 200. The others are working fine. We need a resolution as I am losing millions a day not being able to connect and collect.
Won't load and tells me I need an internet connection which I most definitely do have. Nothing works, not even restarting my phone. I'm an Android user. I was tempted to uninstall and reinstall but I'm not sure if I would loose my game stats as I'm new to this type of gaming.

Trt, First thing I would suggest doing is uninstalling CC and then reinstalling. All of your information is stored on Gree servers so you will not lose anything so you don't have to worry there. So try this and see if it fixes your problem. If this is unsuccessful you will need to contact support.
You say your having issues contacting support. Be sure to have an email account logged into your device. ie. Gmail. If you have that you should be able to click the contact support button in game and send an email from there. But if that fails then follow this link.

Follow the directions and you should be good to go. Please note: Gree is taking a long time with ticket responses lately. So it could be a week or longer before you get a response.
