    Can't connect to Crime City servers

    I haven't been able to connect to the Crime City servers for the past 3-4 hours, Modern War and Kingdom servers are fine.

    Unhappy Trouble connecting to server

    I am also experiencing problems connecting (for at least the past 6 hours). Any solution to this?

    Angry Connection issue

    I am unable to connect to crime city server on my iPad. I have not been able to connect now for 4 days and counting.
    I have crime city also loaded on my iPhone and that one is not having this problem connecting. The error that comes up is you must have Internet connection to use this game. Which I do have on both wifi and 3G. And it works fine except for my crime city. I just downloaded the update 3.0.1 and the issue still remains. I am a paying customer and getting tired of this lack of communication for the support of this product. Please inform us of what is going on and if there is a fix in the works and how are you planning to compensate your users. Enquiring minds want to know. I have 3 accounts in crime city all under the name sultry but only the one I can't access is on level 200. The others are working fine. We need a resolution as I am losing millions a day not being able to connect and collect.

    For the last 24 hours i have not been able to connect to the server, the game just does not load up? All my other apps and internet works just not crime city. Please any suggestions, my syndicate needs me, i'm level 200. HELP

    Angry Ditto!

    Won't load and tells me I need an internet connection which I most definitely do have. Nothing works, not even restarting my phone. I'm an Android user. I was tempted to uninstall and reinstall but I'm not sure if I would loose my game stats as I'm new to this type of gaming.

    i need an urgent support please as i cant open my battle browser and also i dont now how to contact your help support group as it keeps asking me to create a mail account without clear info on how to do so!!

    Trt, First thing I would suggest doing is uninstalling CC and then reinstalling. All of your information is stored on Gree servers so you will not lose anything so you don't have to worry there. So try this and see if it fixes your problem. If this is unsuccessful you will need to contact support.

    You say your having issues contacting support. Be sure to have an email account logged into your device. ie. Gmail. If you have that you should be able to click the contact support button in game and send an email from there. But if that fails then follow this link.

    Follow the directions and you should be good to go. Please note: Gree is taking a long time with ticket responses lately. So it could be a week or longer before you get a response.

    i've tried to uninstall and re-install the CC but that didn't work. i'll try the mentioned link.
