    iTunes blocking gold purchase

    Is anyone else having trouble purchasing gold? When I tempt to do so, I get a message to contact iTunes up port. This has been a recurring problem, but now I can't get a response from iTunes support crime city support says it is an iTunes problem and they can't help. There is nothing wrong with my iTunes account or my credit card

    Send in a ticket to iTunes. Ask them to make the necessary adjustments to clear your account. They don't work weekends and can take up to a week to clear your account for purchasing again.

    a lot of reports of people losing items... maybe itunes has them on timeout

    I am also no longer allowed to buy gold. This is actually the reason I signed up was to see if anyone else was having this problem.

    It just started yesterday. I had been able to buy gold whenever I wanted prior to this.

    Gold issues from itunes

    Im havng the same issue, And its happened 2 other times in the last 2 months. Apple and Itunes are a joke!!!! They could care less about any app issue or any issue that really doesnt lose them any money. Ive never had such a hard ime communicating with any company before until these idiots. It takes 20 minutes to find where to contact them, then when you finally figure it out, its all done by email, no phone just email. They MIGHT get back to you in 12-24 hours, but the person that does respond seems to never be able to fix the issue and passes it along to some other tech. Nothing but a joke!!!!

    The last time i had this isue, it had something to do with paypal, thats what apple said. It wasnt paypal, it was Apple not picking up the payment from paypal quick enough, so it froze the account saying there was a balance from a previuos order. Then, 24 hours later, Apple said it was there issue, and they are working to fix it. That wasnt true, because the same thing happened 2 weeks later, and im having the same issue this weekend. Cant buy gold, and im stck at 16/30 versus the Boss. Cant get past this level 16 without the gold. Its a joke.ITS TIME THEY FIND ANOTHER WAY TO PURCHASE GOLD BESIDES GOING THROUGH APPLE ITUNES. To many issues.

    If ANYONE has any good info on how to get past this level 16 against this BOSS, please share!!!! This guy just kicks my ass after that 15th level. Cant get him down at all.

    I can buy the 2.99 & the 6.99 amounts the 13.99 won't go throu this ATM is happing in modem warfare & not crime city. I haven't tried above the 13.99 mark as of yet do I don't know about theses amounts.
    Witch game are you pps having the problem with?
    The last time this happened it was due to a broken link at apples end.

    iTunes support can correct problem if you call tech support

    I've had this happen several times. I was told to call iTunes tech support and then to ask for security or the fraud department. It takes a few transfers but then someone fixes the problem within a minute or two. It's frustrating, but iTunes has to fix it. Then it sometimes takes 10-30 minutes for the gold or gems to appear in your account. Good luck!

    i continue to have this problem as well trying to buy gems. it has happened 2 times before and takes forever to get email back from customer support.
