    Got the same Problem now.
    I have called to apple Support, but the Woman said on the Phone, she cant help me, i must write Mail to Support.
    I have writen to Apple (iTunes) Support,but i become no Respond.
    Who can help me now?

    had the same problem on friday,
    unable to complete your purchase contact
    itunes support.

    i sent an email to the accound & billing department
    and it was fixed in 30 minutes!

    Send another message to them via e-mail support at Apple and ask them for an update. You should have received a ticket number when you filed your support ticket.

    I have had numerous problems with my account even though I purchase gift cards to top up the account, itunes blocks me from purchasing after two tries and then asks me to contact itunes support. This has happened 8 times now and when I went to write to support, I later found that they have disabled my ID. Without warning or any reason, the supervisor said I am no longer able to buy from the app store. My money on there is stuck and they dont want to reopen my account. I regret using apple and will never buy anything they make. Android is a much better payment system and they let you spend money without any hassle but not itunes. I hope someone big sues them for this. I have opened a new itunes account and I know for a fact that this will happen again. They really suck.

    The last time i had this isue, it had something to do with paypal, thats what apple said. It wasnt paypal, it was Apple not picking up the payment from paypal quick enough, so it froze the account saying there was a balance from a previuos order. Then, 24 hours later, Apple said it was there issue, and they are working to fix it. That wasnt true, because the same thing happened 2 weeks later, and im having the same issue this weekend. Cant buy gold, and im stck at 16/30 versus the Boss. Cant get past this level 16 without the gold. Its a joke.ITS TIME THEY FIND ANOTHER WAY TO PURCHASE GOLD BESIDES GOING THROUGH APPLE ITUNES. To many issues.

    If ANYONE has any good info on how to get past this level 16 against this BOSS, please share!!!! This guy just kicks my ass after that 15th level. Cant get him down at all.

    Have you tried buying a gift card?

    I had this problem for months happened to me 3 or 4 times some kind sole at apple in the end managed to sort it out not had any problem since.All you can do is contact apple support by e-mail.
