map problem. crime city

When i try to load a map like soho or waterfront says "failed to load area" somebody knows how to fix it?

On top of your problem...btw, why doesn't anyone ever reply from support?

No matter what version apk I use (lateset or older) when I tap the menu screen:
1) settings options do not come up after pressing the settings button
2) when I try to add mafia, the keypad rarely comes up and even when it does I cannot successfully type numbers
3) when trying to purchase items/buildings, the swipe does not work or the items/buildings do not show up unless it is a part of a mission.

There seems to be something wrong with the display options...I am trying to enjoy this game, but if I cannot add mafia or choose items that I want to buy, there is no way that I can play even semi-competitively. Please let me know if there is some setting outside of the game that I need to adjust or if there is another solution. Thank you.
