That's unfair... Support bust thier ass for so many.. Try being polite... Ps I don't suscribe to polite after the 4th ticket... But I always find that eventually it sorts out if you are persistent. Clipped...

No what's unfair is not giving the event reward to someone with a 400k IPH just because you missed an arbitrary deadline that passed before the day the reward was originally promised. I was very polite in my letter and I laid out the many failures of the event in the letter to support. Their answer was "oh well, you missed the deadline". I replied again and pretty much received the same response.

I have worked tech support and customer service roles in the past as well so I know to be polite. When you (or your company) screw up, you admit it and do whatever is reasonable to make the paying customer happy, especially when they have hard evidence that backs up why they are dissatisfied. I don't think it was unreasonable for me to expect to get the event reward and Funzio really loses nothing by giving me that. By stonewalling me and others who patiently waited for the event reward, they just create ill will and I am much much less likely to ever spend a dime on this game again. I'll admit I have never been a heavy gold spender, but that shouldn't matter.

Sir what every enlisted military guy calls an officer, we don't say Captain, lieutenant, colonel ....we say sir in the enlisted ranks is different they refer to their higher ups by the respective rank... Gunnery Sergeant, First Sergeant l, Sergeant Major...

Hope that makes sense for you maybe the majority of these "sir" got used to peole calling them that in their military days or maybe they know about it.

my dad was in the coast guard my whole childhood. i still say sir/ma'am to everyone

Well, I've been an officer a long time ago (duty cycle with dutch navy), and they had to call me "meneer", which translates to sir. So thought that was cool and unique and funny.
