Anyone gotten a reponse to an in game ticket since Friday evening?

I went to purchase gems and my credit card wasn't working. So the game took me to the app store where I could enter in another card. After I did this, it asked me "Do you still want to purchase ____ for ____?" I clicked yes, and when I logged into the game, it turns out that it gave me that equivalent in gold. For some reason there was an error when going to the app store and now I have all this unvaulted gold. So I immediately sent a ticket and normally Funzio has gotten back to me within the same day, but I thought for the event and all things may have gotten backed up.

Has anyone done anything like this or sent in a ticket recently? I've anxiously been waiting for a reply from them, as I haven't spent the gold wanting to get the gems instead. Thankfully I have a decent collection of high priests that is keeping me somewhat safe for the time being, but I know there are folks out there that can take it away and then I have no idea what Funzio would do then.

Yep - sent one in last night and got a response this morning. I suppose it depends where the response has to come from?
