Recover Games

Hey Funzio!

Great job ya'll are doing. I am having a great time playing. I recently had my Ipod serviced and they erased my whole Ipod. I have done the back up but cannot recover my data. Is there any way you guys can help me recover my games. I really can't start over I am so far in the game and really dont want to start over. Please let me know if there is someone I need to speak to. I my KA ID but cant locate my MW and CC but have my name and Level and exact base descriptions I can give you.

The same exact thing happened to me. I was a lv 93 in KA and I sent in an email with all of the information. It's been a week and still no response... I'm feeling a little annoyed. At least a response email would be nice. I'm thinking I'll maybe just wait for their next game to come out.

Did anyone ever get a response? I spent several hundred $ on these games, then lost my iPhone to water damage. I posted numerous requests (5-6 minimum) over the last several weeks, and nothing, no response, no nothing. At this point, I'd have to conclude that Funzio support does not exist, which means I won't be playing, nor spending another dime.

Too bad...was having some fun with these games until this.

I've problem to transfer crime city game from my old iphone 3gs to my new iphone 4s.when i put the password of my funzio Id it tell me that password it's wrong but i'm sure that password and id are correct!i wrote to fuzio support but i havent reply.pls who can help me?thanks

I also lost a Modern War after playing a long time when I switched from iPad to iPhone. I have requested info on how to get the game back but have not received a reply in the past week. Does anyone know if other than collecting $$ if service exists from this company? Or have a fix to this problem?
